Refund condition

1. Once you receive parcel, we strongly suggest you to check on the product, if there are any damages cause during delivery. If found damage or unable to consume the product, please contact our customer service – Facebook Chat or Customer service hotline: 013 822 4808

2. Under reasonable circumstances, customer service have the rights to request for pictures or doctor report as proof

3. Reason of accepted Return and Refund as below:
– after opening the parcel and found product has damage.
– allergy to the product after consumption.

4. Customer needs to return the parcel within 30 days once confirmation of refund from customer service.

5. Once we receive and check on the product validity, refund will be process within 7 working days.

6. We are not able to make refund if customer did not return the product to us.

Shipping Policy

1. WE provide worldwide shipping. Shipping rate will be calculated once shipping address is provided. If your shipping address in not within our delivery area, please contact our Customer Service for assistant.

2. Before payment, Shipping fee will be show in Grand Total.

3. Parcel will be handed over to the relevant delivery partner accordingly.

4. Confirmation email will be send to you once payment done. tracking link will be included in the email to ensure you can track on your parcel at any point of time.

5. For Oversea customer please take note, local government might charge on tax and duty when it reaches your country. Customer needs to bare on the cost

6. According to normal shipping, once your parcel is release from local immigration, parcel will be handed over to the local delivery partner

7. Please contact the delivery agent to make appointment if unable to receive the parcel on the designated shipping day

8. 订Order confirmation and Order closing is every Monday to Friday before 12p.m. (Except for Public Holiday it will be the next working days)

9. After Order confirmation, will arrange for delivery in the next working day.except Weekends and public holiday.

10. Estimate delivery days (not including arranging and packaging days)
West Malaysia: 3 – 5 working days
East Malaysia: 14 – 20 working days
Singapore: 3 – 5 working days
Other country: 7 – 20 working days
*all delivery time is based on delivery partner working hours

11. All parcel will be deliver from Monday to Friday by delivery, excluding weekends and public holiday

12. On any public holidays (according to the country or state), the courier company does not provide delivery services. Please expect the package to arrive on the next working day.

13. Promotional Periods, there will be delayed on delivery, please be patient and wait for few more days

14. we have designated logistic partner in malaysia and oversea. This is to reduce parcel delayed. Our target is to ensure all orders will arrive to you in the promise time. Due to weather, distance, and other circumstances, we can not ensure all the parcel will arrive in the promise time

15. If your postcode is not within our delivery range, we would suggest you to reselect a new receiving address OR you can contact our customer service through FaceBook chat or customer service +6013-8224808

16. We will not refund for admin fee and delivery charges.
