2. Under reasonable circumstances, customer service have the rights to request for pictures or doctor report as proof
3. Reason of accepted Return and Refund as below:
– after opening the parcel and found product has damage.
– allergy to the product after consumption.
4. Customer needs to return the parcel within 30 days once confirmation of refund from customer service.
5. Once we receive and check on the product validity, refund will be process within 7 working days.
6. We are not able to make refund if customer did not return the product to us.
