What are the ingredients in LifeGen®?
LifeGen® ingredients are:Brown Rice, Millet, Quinoa, Medium Chain Triglycerides Oil, Pea Protein, Inulin, Barley Grass, Wheatgrass, Spirulina, Matcha, Wheat Germ, Kale, Spinach, Cactus Powder, Oat Beta-Glucan, Coenzyme Q10, Algae DHA, Bitter Melon Extract, Black Turmeric Extract.
How to consume LifeGen®?
Add 1 sachet (25g) of LifeGen® powder into 150ml of warm water,milk or soy milk (water temperature <60°C). Stir well and serve.
Can be consumed during breakfast, lunch, or afternoon tea, 1-2 sachets per day. (LifeGen® has an invigorating effect, so try to avoid drinking it at night.)
Can vegetarians consume LifeGen®?
Yes, LifeGen® is suitable for vegetarians. It contains no animal-derived ingredients (DHA is derived from algae).
Is LifeGen® suitable for individuals with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or high blood sugar (3 Highs)?
Yes, LifeGen® is beneficial for individuals with 3 Highs. When combined with dietary improvements, weight management, and regular exercise, it can help effectively manage or even reduce these conditions.
Can individuals with kidney issues consume LifeGen®?

Can individuals with diabetes consume LifeGen®?
Yes, LifeGen is not only high in fiber but also contains no added sugars. Each sachet of LifeGen has the equivalent starch content of just one slice of bread. It is recommended to use the “substitution method” to replace a starchy food in your daily diet or as a substitute for your breakfast beverage.
Can individuals with high blood pressure consume LifeGen®?
Yes, LifeGen® is safe for individuals with high blood pressure. Its sodium content is very low (only 30mg), and it does not affect blood pressure.
Can pregnant or breastfeeding mothers consume LifeGen®?
It is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding mothers due to the presence of bitter melon extract, which is unsuitable for these groups.
